How do I share run output?
TL;DR: Generate a shareable link from a completed run so others can view the output without full Studio access. Shared links use a token-based URL (e.g. /s/:token) and optionally allow downloading output files.

Builders and Members who need to share run results with teammates or stakeholders.
How do I create a share link?
- Open a completed run from the playbook's History tab or the run detail view.
- Click Share output (or the share icon).
- Configure options — optionally allow downloading attached files.
- Copy the generated link and send it to your audience.
Who can view a shared link?
Anyone with the link can view the run output. Shared links do not require Ballet sign-in. Treat links as semi-public — share only with intended recipients.
Can I revoke a share link?
Regenerate or disable sharing from the run detail view. Previous links may stop working when sharing is revoked.
What appears in the shared view?
- Run status and timestamp
- Step outputs and results
- Attached files (if download is enabled)
Logs and internal debugging details may be summarized or hidden depending on configuration.
