How do I invite users?
TL;DR: Workspace Owners invite teammates from Settings → Invite Users. Enter their email and assign a role — Owner, Builder, or Member. Invited users receive access and sign in with an email magic link.

How do I send an invite?
- Go to Settings → Invite Users.
- Enter the teammate's email address.
- Select a role: Owner, Builder, or Member.
- Send the invite.
Which role should I assign?
- Builder — for people who will create and edit playbooks, connectors, and agents.
- Member — for people who only need to run approved playbooks.
- Owner — for workspace administrators who manage billing and invites. Limit Owner access.
What happens after I invite someone?
The invitee receives an email with sign-in instructions. On first login, Builders see the onboarding wizard; Members land in Member Mode.
Can I change a user's role later?
Yes. Return to Settings → Invite Users and update the role for any workspace member.
Can I remove a user?
Owners can revoke access from the Invite Users page. Removed users can no longer sign in to the workspace.
